No Returns or Exchanges

Vakhra does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the product description, photographs, measurements, sizing information, and any condition notes provided on the product page before placing an order.

Every visible defect, mark, sign of wear, alteration, or imperfection that we identify is disclosed on the respective product page. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the item's listed condition.

Opened Packages

For hygiene, handling, and product-integrity reasons, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after the package has been opened or the item has been removed from its packaging.

Please inspect the package carefully before opening it. If there appears to be any damage to the parcel caused during delivery, please contact us immediately and provide photographic or video evidence before opening the package.

Thrifted & Pre-Owned Items

Vakhra is a curated thrift and resale platform. The products listed on our website are pre-owned items sourced from various channels and are not manufactured, designed, or owned by Vakhra.

The original products remain the property and intellectual property of their respective brands and manufacturers. Vakhra simply sources, curates, restores where appropriate, and resells pre-owned pieces.

Any brand names, trademarks, logos, or product designs appearing on our website belong to their respective owners. Their mention is solely for the identification and description of the products being resold.

Condition of Products

Because our pieces are thrifted and pre-owned, they may naturally show signs of previous use. Minor variations, natural wear, or characteristics consistent with the age and nature of a pre-owned garment should be expected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we do not accept general returns or exchanges, if you receive an item that is substantially different from the item shown and described on the product page, or if there is an issue caused by an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and item so that we can review the matter.

Any resolution in such exceptional circumstances will be considered at Vakhra's discretion.
