2. Product Information & Condition

Every item listed on Vakhra is individually selected and inspected to the best of our ability.

Because our products are thrifted and pre-owned, minor signs of previous use may naturally exist. These may include minor fading, creasing, fabric variation, or other characteristics associated with the age and previous use of a garment.

Any significant defect, damage, stain, alteration, repair, or noticeable imperfection identified by Vakhra will be disclosed on the relevant product page whenever reasonably possible.

4. Pricing

Vakhra reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or other information on the website if an error is discovered.

If an order has been placed due to an obvious pricing or listing error, Vakhra reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.

An order is considered accepted once Vakhra confirms the order.

Delivery times provided on the website or by our team are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Vakhra's control, including weather, public holidays, strikes, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or other logistical issues.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's processes and policies.

8. Returns & Exchanges

All Vakhra purchases are final.

Vakhra does not offer general returns, refunds, or exchanges.

9. Opened Packages

Due to the nature of our products and for product-integrity reasons, opened packages are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a parcel appears damaged upon delivery, customers should document the condition of the parcel and contact Vakhra as soon as possible.
